Summerization & Spring Services
When scheduling the Summerization of your pool and spa, we ask that you sign and return your contract at least four weeks before your swim date. We will start opening your pool at least two weeks before your requested swim date. Your Summerization will include the following three visits:
Visit 1
- Loop-Loc safety cover removed, cleaned, neatly folded, and stored
- All fittings and hardware installed and system assembled
- Walls, tiles, and all surfaces scrubbed
- Cover anchors removed or screwed down
- Autofill turned on
- Heaters tested
- Pool pump turned on - running 24 hrs.
- Initial chemical analysis and treatment performed
Visit 2
- Clean-up Vac #1- Pool vacuumed with an external powered vacuum
- Second chemical analysis and treatment
- Heaters tested
- Pump running 24 hrs.
Visit 3
- Clean-up Vac #2- Pool vacuumed with an external power vacuum
- Chemicals balanced
- Set time clocks for optimal water filtration
- Ready for Weekly Service
Casual Water offers these additional Spring Services at your request:
Pool Pressure Wash
In the case that your pool does not have a winter cover, it will be drained, cleaned out, pressure washed, and refilled with fresh water.
Furniture/Deck/External Property Service
Please indicate on your contract or contact us directly if you would like us to setup and pressure wash your furniture, deck, or any of your pool’s surrounding areas.
